Mangorolla is a lean, high-performing team with a 23-year track record in online schools engagement. Our programmes are grounded in solid pedagogy, work at scale, and reach underserved students. We’ve invested heavily in our platform, systems, and people to deliver engagement that works.
The funding landscape is shifting. Traditional sources are reaching their limits. We’re expanding our routes to funding, especially through private sector partnerships and social value/public procurement, and we’re looking for Non-Executive Directors to help guide us.
We’re looking for
- A passion for improving life chances for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds
- Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and/or Social Impact / Public Procurement
- An understanding of how successful small–medium not-for-profits operate would be helpful
The role
- Two meetings/year (one online, one at our offices in central Bath)
- Ad-hoc support to the Executive Director as mutually agreed
- Non-remunerated, expenses paid
